1. About the service
CaliPartner (“we”, “us”) is operated by CaliPartner, India. CaliPartner is a mobile app and website for tracking food, water, steps, workouts and body progress, and for sharing selected information with other people in private “rooms”. The service is delivered digitally; there is no physical product or shipping.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CaliPartner. We collect your date of birth and block users under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
3. Your account
- You can sign in with phone OTP, Google, Apple or email, and you choose a unique @username.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from the app or by following our account deletion page.
4. Plans, billing and free trial
- Free tier. Personal logging of food, water, steps, workouts and weight, your diary, personal progress and your personal streak are free.
- Room plan. Creating or joining rooms, room chat, room progress and related features need an active trial or paid plan. Pricing is per user, not per room.
- Free trial. New users get a 3-day trial of room features, including one room of 2 people.
- Prices. India: ₹99 per month or ₹249 per 3 months. International: $4.99 per month or $12.99 per 3 months. Regional pricing applies in other countries. Taxes may apply.
- Auto-renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date through your store subscription settings to avoid the next charge.
- Payment processing. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Where a purchase is made through our website, payment is processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for that transaction.
- Refunds. See our refund and cancellation policy.
- If one member's plan ends, the room pauses for all members and the streak is kept for 30 days. Chat in a paused room is read-only.
5. Rooms, chat and your content
Rooms are private. Only room members can read or send chat messages and images. You keep ownership of the content you create, and you give us a limited licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you and the members you share with.
You agree to follow our community guidelines. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break them. You can report, mute and block other members.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or spam others, or share unlawful, hateful, sexual or exploitative content.
- Do not use CaliPartner to encourage eating disorders, extreme restriction or unsafe weight loss.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to break into the service.

8. Third-party services
The app may use Google Health Connect, Apple HealthKit, Open Food Facts, push notification services and app store billing. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
9. Intellectual property
The CaliPartner name, logo, design and software belong to CaliPartner or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using CaliPartner at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Terminating your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription; you must cancel that in the store.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you have where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
